There are many things you can do at home to improve your overall wellness.  Here are some simple ideas.

1. Try not to sleep on your stomach because it can cause low back, neck and headache pain. Sleeping on your stomach can also cause wrinkles and aging of the face.

2. Drink more water and less carbonated drinks.  Try not to drink soda's and diet soda's.

3. Watch less t.v especially in bed.  It can be a factor in sleep problems.

4. More exercise particularly stretching, deeper breathing and less saturated foods.
